   This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the websites at and (the “Sites”) operated by De Jure LS (“the law office” or “we” or “us”) which is a law office founded and operated by Mr. Symeon Chatziaristeras, Supreme Court Lawyer – Mediator, member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association (No. 9395) having its registered seat in Greece, European Union (17, Tsimiski str. Thessaloniki Greece – Greek Tax Identification Number: EL109363120 A’ Thessaloniki Tax Bureau). Please read carefully this Terms of Use Agreement. By using the Sites, you agree to these terms and conditions.
   Your continued use of the Sites after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of the Sites.


   This Terms of Use Agreement regulates the rights and liabilities regarding the use of the Sites and (including all sub-domains). The Sites are not available for any financial transactions and offers only information to users about our services, projects, partnerships and our promotion.         


      B.1 No provision of legal services or advice
   The Sites are made available for general information purposes only and are not intended to constitute specific legal advice or to be a substitute for advice from qualified counsel. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sites may reflect recent legal developments and legal research opinions that may not be complete, accurate or applicable to your jurisdiction. is made available only for general, informative and promotional purposes and does not represent a recommendation and/or opinion with regard to a method of action or events published on the Site. The user should not act or refrain from acting based on information provided by the Site without having obtained advice from a professional counsel qualified in the applicable subject matter and jurisdiction.    We are the sole owner of all content on the Sites, including, without limitation, all applicable copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights thereto, as well as text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video and other material appearing on Site. The Sites and the content are protected by the copyright laws and other intellectual property laws of Greece and the European Union.
B.3 Permitted Use of Material appearing on the Site
 You may download and print extracts from the content for your own personal and non-commercial use only, provided you maintain and abide by any author attribution, copyright or trademark notice or restriction in any material that you download or print. You may not use any content for any other purpose without our prior written approval. 
   B.4 Links to third party webpages and websites
   The Sites may provide users with the ability to connect to webpages operated by affiliated law firms, partners, lawyers, mediators or arbitrators and to other third party webpages and websites through special links (links, hyperlinks, banners) the contents of which are the exclusive responsibility of these entities. These sites are not under our control and we are not responsible in any way for any of their contents. We do not guarantee their availability and does not approve nor is liable for their contents, correctness, legality, completeness, timeliness and accuracy of information not for the quality and attributes of products or services made available by these entities through the webpages or websites above.  


   We make every effort to provide valid, accurate, complete and up to date information. We also make every reasonable effort to secure a safe environment for the user of the Sites, however we do not guarantee, represent or warrant that the use of the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from loss, corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking or other security intrusion. The user must take all the necessary precautions and is solely responsible for any harm whatsoever.  


   Users undertake that, while using the Sites, they will: (i) not infringe property rights or personal non-property rights of us and/or any third parties (including intellectual property rights); (ii) not violate any applicable laws or regulations according to Greek and European Union legislation; and (iii) not upload any data that is contrary to law or contains any viruses or other computer programs or files that may interfere with the normal operation of the Site, (iv) cause damage to the Site and/or other users, or impede other users’ use of the Site. Users shall not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, in a way prohibited by the Terms and Conditions, including, but not limiting to, (i) not to use any hacking or cheating software or tools to obstruct, disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Site; (ii) not obtain or attempt to obtain any restricted information from the Site, including email addresses or phone numbers of other account holders or other software data; (iii) not to use the Site for any illegal, obscene, offensive or immoral purpose. We are not responsible for any User`s behavior while using the Site. Users are solely responsible for their use of the Site, including the use by their employees or any unauthorized person. Users agree to (i) immediately notify us of any breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from User’s failure to comply with these and/or any other safety recommendations. Non-performance of such obligations may result in an obligation to provide full compensation for any losses incurred by us.


   In some instances, we and our service providers uses cookies to automatically collect certain types of information when you visit us online. The collection of this information allows us to customize your online experience, improve the performance, usability and effectiveness of our online presence, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities.   
   An IP address is a number assigned to your computer whenever you access the internet. It allows computers and servers to recognize and communicate with one another. IP addresses from which visitors appear to originate may be recorded for IT security and system diagnostic purposes. This information may also be used in aggregate form to conduct web site trend and performance analysis.  
    The Sites use Cookies which are text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to the users' device. Cookies are used by us every time you visit the Site in order to recognize your device. There are different kinds of cookies with different functions. The so called strictly necessary cookies are necessary to enable the user to use the site effectively. Without those cookies, the services available to the user on our site cannot be provided. The legality of the data processing is governed by Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Therefore consent is not requested and the legal basis is a legitimate interest (i.e. interest in the operation of the Site and its services) within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The use of strictly necessary cookies falls within the exemption of Article 4 (5) (c) of Greek Law 3471/2006, as replaced by Article 170 of Greek Law 4072/2012. Greek Law 3471/2006 incorporates Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (ePrivacy Directive).
   The websites also collect performance cookies and browser cookies (Google Analytics) for which consent is requested by the user. The legality of the data processing is governed by Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
    The websites do not collect functionality cookies and targeting/advertising cookies for which consent is requested by the user.


   The user has to actively opt ​​in or to send us an email with his/her details authorizing us to add him/her to the mailing lists of De Jure LS and to the mailing lists of our partners and to activate his/her subscription to the Newsletter in order to provide him/her information regarding our services and services of our partners. The subscribed user may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in each communication. By subscribing to our newsletter the user declares that he/she consents to the collection, organization, storage and transmission of his/her information in order to receive news, updates, offers and other information for the purpose of informing and promoting our company. We and our partners reserve the right to delete any recipient from the newsletters lists without justification.


   We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at the Site.  You should look at the terms regularly. We will post notice of modifications to these terms on this page.
    If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any present or future Law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and will not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision.
    No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms of Agreement will constitute a waiver of that right.
   Both parties will act in good faith and not stand in the way of the other party's performance. This Terms of Use Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Greece. You and Medoid submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki (Greece) in relation to any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.
